“I still find myself in the classroom, now and again just so I can tell stories and inspire children to love all that God has created and I especially love reading to my grandchildren.” You don’t have to be family to hear Irene read one of her stories (and many of her favorites) to you. YouTube is now home to “Story Time with Oma Murphy,” where you might even hear a song to two from her musician/songwriter husband, Gene. Irene and Gene live in Maple Ridge near beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, where family is number one, whom they love “to the moon and back.”
