Mary Lundin grew up in Glendale, California. She loves photographing nature and all its beauty, especially the fascinating world down under the sea. She’s been a photographer for over 40 years. She started with underwater photography shortly after becoming a certified diver in 1985

Mary’s underwater system has varied over the years. Presently, she uses a Nikon D3x in a Subal housing for Subal ports, two lkelite 161 substrobs and accessories. Her favorite lenses are the 105mm macro and the 17-35mm zoom

Mary enjoys travel, event and nature photography. She has volunteered countless hours to various charity organization in a variety of ways, but mostly with her photography skills. Mary resides with her husband and daughter in Huntington Beach, California. However, she makes frequent trips to her home in Fiji Islands where the majority of her underwater images are taken. Her photographs have been featured by National Geographic, Sierra Club, Photographers Forum Publications, Square Tree Publishing, and others.
