The checklists were easy to use and follow. They were brief, yet clear (which is what instructions should be). The icons for essential, suggested, optional were my favorite, because I really struggled with knowing what to choose on my first book, so this will be very helpful. I like the accountability initial boxes because it is a way for everyone on the team (company and author) to align in communication and progress (less likelihood for misunderstanding of where things are because it documents it). Actually from reviewing the worksheets, I now feel like I know what to ask for where I was not understanding before. The worksheets align terminology and phases, thereby equipping the author and company to speak the same language in wants and needs.
